Membership to the Life's Good Club is available at select LG outlets only.

Selection of members to join the club is the sole discretion of LG Electronics
and it can be refused to any individual.
-
Invited member has the option to accept the invitation and participation to
become member is free of cost.

Programme membership commences as soon as the member is in possession of
the temporary card and the member brochure.
-
The member agrees that by receiving his/her temporary card from LGEIL, he/she
has read and understood the terms and conditions of the Life's Good Club and
confirms that he/she is bound by such terms and conditions contained in this
document.

Membership to the Life's Good Club is for individual customers and their
spouse/ children and dependents only, and is not open to companies,
partnership, unincorporated associations and similar entities.

There is no enrollment fee for joining the club.
-
Applications will not be considered for enrolment if any of the details
provided in the membership form are found to be incorrect or non-factual.

The membership form must be completed in its entirety for the membership to be
processed. LG is not responsible for any damage / mutilation and loss in
transit.

If the membership / Customer Id is lost, damaged, misplaced, it will be
reissued to customers upon receiving a written request on email as mentioned in
the programme booklet.

The membership ID issued by LGEIL is only for the purposes of acknowledgment
into the membership club and does not construe to be used as Identification
Proof at any other place.

Customers will be awarded points based on the amount spent at select LG stores
and as per the earning chart that has been provided.

The reward points in the member's account are valid for a period of 18 months
from the date of earning such points after which the same will be lapsed.
-
Lapsed points will not be available to members for redemption.
-
Bonus points on old LG products will be awarded as per the values defined by LG
for each product category.

Points will be awarded only upon presenting a valid membership card at the time
of purchase.

Any bonus schemes to earn points will be governed by terms and conditions of
the specific promotional scheme.

LG reserves rights to not award points on certain products and to alter the
amount of points rewarded.

As a part of providing value added services Life's Good Club members, LG
Electronics reserves the right to send special offers to its customers through
Email / Postal mail / SMS / Telephone unless specified in "NO" by the members
at the time of filling the membership form. Information sent thus shall not be
considered as unsolicited.

It is the responsibility of the member to update the any change in address
or preference to LG Electronics. Members can
update their information directly online at lgindia.com
or the email id provided in the programme booklet. LG Electronics India Pvt.
Ltd. shall not be responsible upon the failure of customer to update any
information resulting in not availing any offer from LGEIL.

The Member may opt out of the programme by sending intimation (only written) or
email as provided in the programme booklet. The member shall then cease to
receive any of the benefits of the programme.

Membership to the club can be revoked by LGEIL if a customer is involved in any
act of cheating, cyber fraud etc. or any other
unlawful activity with or without notice.

LG Electronics reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to
terminate the membership of any member.

Upon the death of a member, the Life's Good Club membership will automatically
terminate.

LG Electronics reserves the right to change the club's rules, regulations at
any time without notice.

LG Electronics may terminate the Life's Good Club programme at any time but
will endeavor to give at least 2 months notice to its members and thus award
members with the reward points in their account.

LG Electronics will endeavor to ensure the availability of services provided by
Programme partners (if any) but will not be liable for any loss arising from
the failure by Programme Partners to provide service. There is no privity of
contract between LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. and the Programme Partners who
are just participating in this programme. LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. does
not have any control over the discretion exercised by them during anytime of
the running of this programme.

When a member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities
or arrangements, the provision of such services arrangements will be subject to
the respective terms & conditions of the provider/Programme Partner. LG
Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable towards any loss or deficiency
of service done by them as it is only a facilitator to introduce the member to
such offer given by Programme Partner. Members are advised to contact the
Programme Partner directly in case of any grievances.

LG Electronics shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or indirect,
resulting from termination or change
of the Life's Good Club facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made
available to members.

LGEIL bears no responsibility for communication lost or not received.

Any taxes or other liabilities or charges payable to the Govt. or any other
authority or body or any participating merchant establishment (Programme
Partner) which may arise or accrue to the member as result of the program shall
to the sole account of the member.

LG Electronics makes no warranties or representations either expressed or
implied with regard to the type,
quality or fitness of the goods and services provided by
the participating merchant
establishments under the program. Merchandise
where applicable will be accompanied
by warranty information from the manufacture
and any claims must be directed or
for the dispute itself.

Complimentary insurance is not applicable on mobile phones.

Disputes, if any, arising out of this membership shall be adjudicated by the
exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi.
