Send the Invoice copy of purchase & Serial No. sticker (Click here for Specimen copy ) cutting from the carton box of monitor (Click here for Specimen copy ) on the following address :

We will send the extended warranty certificate by courier on your postal address.

To claim the extended warranty in future you need to produce this
certificate to any of our service centre.
