1.	The offer is applicable exclusively on LG PC CPU and Notebooks (excluding Monitors, Speakers, Accessories or any software etc.) as per the policies of the company.
2.	The offer is applicable only for consumers (end user) purchasing during the offer period and is not applicable for Dealers/ Distributor etc.
3.	The above limited period promotional offer is valid from 10th Sept 2008 till 31st Oct 2008 and will be valid till stocks last whichever is earlier.
4.	This offer entitles customer to enjoy the additional 24 months of free labour (Service Charges), after expiry of basic (original) warranty of the product. However any part cost, transportation or charges for software and its upgradation or any other cost incurred shall be chargeable on to the customer.
5.	The offer is not valid unless the same is registered & Approved on company's web site i.e. www.lgindia.com. Only registration but without approval shall not be considered for free labour service and shall always be restricted to exceptions & limitations as contained here. Improper registration or incomplete supportings received can disqualify the consumers from getting the extended warranty certificate.
6.	Extended warranty will be activated only after its validation and extended warranty certificate issued by the company and the same being received by the customer.
7.	Last date for registering in the site is 15th November 2008. After this date, the registration menu will automatically be disabled.
8.	The Customer needs to provide dealer invoice of product & approved free labour card to avail free repairs after expiry of original warranty period. Customers are requested to retain the extended warranty certificate safely to avail warranty service after the expiry of standard 3 years warranty as per warranty card shipped along with the product.
9.	Free labour offer shall be void if Product original identifications like model, serial no as written on card, product invoice, product itself does not match or found to be mutilated, altered, defaced or removed.
10.	LG Electronics is not obliged to provide customer with a substitute/Standby unit during the offer period or any time.
11.	No repair or replacement or refund of any product or part thereof shall extend the offer period to the entire product.
12.	This free labour offer is applicable only for repairs arising due to parts failure and does not entitle for any kind of replacement / refund claim of the set. This offer does not cover any kind of damage /breakage of the product nor does it include failure due to natural calamity like earthquake, cyclone, high voltage, natural pouring, wear & tear etc and other factors specified in original warranty card.
13.	The company shall not and deemed to be in default for any delay in repairing due to non availability of spares, restriction/ regulation of government, public movement, war performance or any unavoidable situation or force meajure etc.
14.	In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, spares not being available then the company's prevailing depreciation rules and policies will be binding on the customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
15.	All defective components shall be replaced with equivalent or compatible working parts and considering same as technological products, 2 or more parts needs to be replaced to match technological changes and the same shall be chargeable to the customer/ end user.
16.	This offer on the product is void if product is opened by unauthorised service person/ centre and the unit shall be declared as tampered and no further warranty shall be applicable on such Unit.
17.	This offer shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to the property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the product. The company's liability shall be limited to repair of the unit to the entire cost of the customer. However the company shall not replace or refund against the unit purchased.
18.	All others terms and conditions shall remain the same as per original warranty card of the product except of those covered above.
19.	This free labor offer is applicable in the original country of purchase only. Offer valid for Indian consumers on the specified models as above, sourced and sold by LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. This offer is not applicable on grey market products & purchased from unauthorized dealer / distributor.
20.	All differences or disputes arises out of this free labor offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
21.	This free labor offer is confined to 1st purchaser only and is also non transferable.
22.	The products are available without this offer also and this offer can not club with any other offer.
23.	LG reserves the right to amend / withdraw this promotion with prospective effect.
24.	This is a promotional offer and has no commercial value.
25.	Participation in this promotional offer is purely voluntary.
26.	By accepting and submitting your registration in itself is considered as your acceptance to all the above terms & conditions.
Exclusions
1.	This offer does not include part cost (spare cost), transportation cost, miscellaneous cost & software installation /reinstallation cost.
2.	Any additions /upgradations /alterations to hardware in respect to basic configuration supplied with, will not be part of this offer.
3.	Accessories and bundles given along with the product as free gifts or Paid Gifts are not included under this offer.
4.	This offer does not include any kind of software support or installation /reinstallation.
5.	This offer does not cover any other accessory purchase as a package or separately along with the product.
6.	The warranty card is not completed properly at the time of purchase.
7.	No retailer has any authority to vary the terms of above warranty.
8.	Repair work carried out by persons other than authorized service personnel or defect due to force mejure etc.
9.	In case proof of purchase is not available or purchase proof does not bear the name of the customer, corresponding model and/ or the serial number of the unit.
10.	This offer will automatically expire if the customer does not register as per the procedure mentioned above and in such an event, the same shall be deemed to be forfeited by the customer voluntarily.
