4.	This offer entitles customer to get free portable projection screen of size measuring 100 cms(40)
5.	The offer is not valid unless the same is registered & Approved on company's web site i.e. www.lgindia.com. Only registration or improper registration or incomplete supportings received can disqualify the consumers from getting the projection screen. The list of supportings that are valid for registration is mentioned in the advertisement and on the registration webpage.
6.	Projection screen will be given only after its validation and confirmation mail being received by the customer.
7	Last date for registering on the site is 31st Aug 2009. After this date, the registration menu will automatically be disabled.
8.	LG Electronics is not obliged to provide customer with a substitute/Standby unit during the offer period or any time.
9.	No repair or replacement or refund of any product or part thereof shall extend the offer period to the entire product.
10.	LG Electronics will not be responsible for any kind of damage or breakage during the transit time of projection screen from LG office to consumer address.
11.	The customer has to bear the installation charges if he/she desires for installation through Company’s representative. However, the customer can get it installed on its own expenses and own risk from outside also.
12.	This  offer is applicable in the original country of purchase only. Offer valid for Indian consumers on the specified models as above, sourced and sold by LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. This offer is not applicable on grey market products & purchased from unauthorized dealer / distributor.
13.	All differences or disputes arises out of this offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
14.	This offer is confined to 1st purchaser only and is also non transferable.
15.	LG reserves the right to amend / withdraw this promotion with prospective effect.
